Join us for a light-hearted, feel-good Partner Stretching Workshop led by the wonderfully knowledgeable (and equally bendy) Elizabeth, where you’ll learn how to safely and effectively stretch with a friend. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, a weekend warrior, or just someone who loves trying something new, this workshop is for everyone—no experience necessary!
Why Partner Stretching?

Come Solo or Bring a Friend
Got a partner in mind? Awesome—bring them along!
Flying solo? No problem at all—we’ll pair you up with another participant or Elizabeth will be your stretch sidekick. Everyone is welcome, and no one gets left behind on this stretchy adventure.

Elizabeth will guide you through a series of partner-assisted stretches designed to be:
Safe and accessible for all bodies
Fun and interactive
Easily integrated into your regular training or recovery routine
Whether you’re tight from training, stuck at a desk all day, or just looking to try something different, you’ll walk away feeling loose, refreshed, and maybe even with a new stretch buddy.
